Seward for our Anniversary - and lots of rain 🌧

Last month we went to Seward for our annual camping trip on the waterfront for our 17th anniversary. While it poured most of the weekend we had a wonderful time.

He loves Yahtzee and Cup of Noodles - 

so I got him the Cup of Noodles-themed Yahtzee as an anniversary gift!

K’esugi Ken with the Family 🌲

 This weekend while my parents were visiting we went out to K’esugi Ken campground and camped with all of their old friends - on a rather wet weekend.

We had lunch on the way up at Sheep Creek Lodge.

Montana Creek on the Fourth 🇺🇸

 Our annual Fourth of July camping trip to Montana Creek was nice and warm as usual this year. We had a blast with the group, learned how to play the Viking lawn game of Kubb, had the third annual Camping Chopped Cooking Challenge, floated and played in the creek, played some Redneck Life, had lunch at Denali Brewing, and spent another wonderful weekend with friends.

Gardening, weeding, and moose - oh my!

 Our new home has such beautiful flowers!

I have never been much of a green thumb, but the previous owner of our home did such a great job picking just the right plants to be fairly low maintenance for our property! All we’ve had to do is water and weed the beds.

Unfortunately the local moose thought the host as were their personal salad bar 🤣
